  • When a third party provides information, with consent, to facilitate the services I provide for you


The personal information I collect:

  • Personal identifiers such as your title and name

  • Information relating to your organisation

  • Contact details including postal address, postcode, email and telephone numbers

  • Financial information such as your bank details

  • Records of your contact with me

  • Conference call client research. Consent for this to be done is always sought before we go ahead

  • Video footage to assist with marketing. Consent for this to be done is always sought before we go ahead

It is extremely important, and greatly appreciated, that should any of your details change, you advise VoiceoverKMB straight away in writing.


Why I collect your personal information

  • For the administration of any consultancy service provided to you in line with my terms and conditions of my contracts and schedules details in the Marketing Permissions section below.

  • To enable me to contact you with relevant and the most appropriate information.

  • For compliance with employment law and other statutory requirements.

Marketing Permissions
I love sharing news and updating you with information regarding VoiceoverKMB. I am committed to respecting your choice to receive marketing communication. You can update your permission and contact preferences at any time by getting in touch via telephone, email or website via the Contact page. Email marketing: I will ask for you permission to contact you by email for marketing purposes.


Social media: VoiceoverKMB will publish marketing material on its social media channels. By choosing to follow me you will be opting in to view these campaigns.

 


Who I share your information with:
VoiceoverKMB may share your personal information with trusted third parties where it is necessary to provide services you have requested, or where they are contracted to develop or maintain my systems.

 


How long I keep your data
VoiceoverKMB will only keep your personal information for as long as it is required and in accordance with statutory requirements. Where the information is no longer required, I will ensure that it is disposed of in a secure manner.

Reporting concerns or compliments
